goodbye season

This is how life rolls around here.  May and June?  We say goodbye.  Sometimes for a summer, sometimes for years... regardless of how long they are leaving for, at the end of the school year people start rolling out of town.

{and this summer we will be some of the ones leaving town....}

Our first goodbyes this year to our dear babysitter Maja

And her sister Ailah

They stopped by Sunday afternoon for final hugs and some goodbye play.  We were so blessed by these two girls, and now praying God would provide another babysitter!  [At least for the next few weeks we have some random people lined up, but I do really love it when we have a steady babysitting presence, so we'll be hoping the Lord will provide again for next fall!]

Hope you get a new great babysitter soon - how fortunate for you and for the children to have them!

I'm with you on the season of goodbyes! Summer is prime PCS (permant change of station) time. Lots of friends and neighbors are moving. The good-byes don't get easier either!!
