Her bike is a cleverly-created cotton candy making machine. She can hop on the seat and peddle her bike just about anywhere. And she's selling fresh cotton candy within minutes of her arrival.
My guess is that she hits more than one "hot spot"... places and times where little customers are congregating :) When the crowd here thins she'll head off to another location, ready to tempt more customers.
She certainly tempted us.
